Yummy Jam!

Using classic methods of preserving, meticulously chosen fruits are blended by hand in small + limited batches in Toronto! 

Kitten + The Bear uses local and/or sustainably farmed fruit whenever possible. Many of their ingredients are sourced from family-owned farms dedicated to sustainable and healthy farming practices. Their relationships with their suppliers allow them access to the season’s best crops and the freshest fruits possible, as well as ensuring quality by minimizing the time and steps from tree to jar.

Produced in a nut-free facility, each and every jar of KATB preserves are filled, capped, polished and labeled completely by hand to ensure an incredibly high level of quality control. 

 Strawberry, Raspberry + Cream: An elegant, dessert-like preserve, full of red berry sweetness and decadent creaminess. Whole, plump strawberries and raspberries are blended with balanced notes of vanilla for a transparent, creamy linger.

Sour Cherry + Rhubarb: Bright, tart + seriously delicious! A classic BC rhubarb jam, stuffed with whole sour cherries. Yummmmmmy. 

Sunshine Peach: A bright, beautiful peach preserve infused with yuzu and the blossoms of the orange tree, which lends a lovely floral nuance reminiscent of walking through an orange grove in the sunshine.
