Will my arrangement look identical to the arrangement in the photo?
No! Your arrangement will not be identical to the design in the photo! And how truly wonderful is that? We take pride in creating custom and unique designs that are made to order for all of our floral arrangements. We never create the same thing twice! All arrangements are designed in a natural, garden style. You can select your preferred colour palette preference in the dropdown menu when placing your order.
With that being said, if you have any flower preferences or dislikes, please include this in the special instructions section at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you deliver?
Oh yes, we do! We offer delivery throughout the GTA. Delivery ranges between $10-18 and is free on orders over $150. Flower delivery is available Monday - Saturday.
Businesses are guaranteed to be delivered before 5pm and residential addresses are guaranteed before 6pm.
Need your flowers to arrive by a specific time? Our couriers are often able to accommodate timed deliveries. Please leave a note in the special instructions at checkout or call the shop directly.
Do you offer Same Day Delivery?
We do! Same Day orders must be placed before 11am the day of the delivery. If you realize that you need to send flowers out after the 11am cut off, call the shop directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We deliver throughout Toronto, the GTA, and beyond! Simply select Local Delivery at checkout, and our system will select the correct rate for your delivery address.

Do you offer store pick up?
Do we ever! Place the order online and select pick-up at checkout or call the shop and speak to a florist. We generally can accommodate orders about an hour before pick-up.
Why do you ask for a phone number for the recipient?
This is a commonly asked question and is often missed on the order form. No, we will not call your friend to ruin the flower surprise. We want them to be as surprised as you do! We ask for the recipient’s phone number in case one of our drivers needs to get a hold of them when they arrive at the address. Please, please, please (I’m begging you!) provide us with the recipient’s phone number alongside the Delivery Address. It helps us guarantee a smooth delivery. Which leads us to the next question…
What happens if the recipient is not home?
Sometimes this happens! If the recipient is not home when the flowers arrive, our couriers can only leave the flowers outside if the temperature is between 4-15 degrees Celsius. If the delivery is not able to be left outside, we will re-attempt delivery the following day, but there will be an additional delivery fee of $10. If you know the recipient isn’t going to be home for the flower delivery, we highly recommend sending it to their workplace or holding off on sending the flowers until they are home. We thank you for your understanding!
What makes you an eco-conscious flower shop?
Great question! We are one of the few retail shops in Toronto that does not use floral foam (the green sponge block often used in vase arrangements or to hydrate flowers for delivery). Floral foam never biodegrades and is extremely toxic. We make a strong effort to avoid using single-use plastics in our designs and packaging. You also won’t see any plastic card picks in our shop!
We only source vessels that are either handmade in Canada or are second hand/ vintage. We don’t offer any vessels that are imported in from China, meaning less fossil fuels, less packaging/waste and nothing is mass produced in a factory. We try to source local blooms as much as possible. We just love supporting our local growers during the warmer months!
How do I care for my flowers?
Yay! You’ve just received your custom, eco-friendly floral arrangement designed by Pictus Goods! First off, remove the packaging your flowers came in (wrapping paper and the box it came in). If you received a hand-tied bouquet (wrapped flowers), be sure to give the stem ends a fresh cut and then place the flowers in a vessel with cool water. No need to remove the tie on your bouquet - you can leave it on and everything will stay nicely arranged in the vessel! If you received a vase arrangement, be sure to top off the vase with water on a daily basis.
Flowers are like plants and need sunlight, right? No!!! Your flowers do not need sunlight to thrive, in fact they need quite the opposite. Please, please, please keep your flowers in a cool spot out of direct sunlight and away from high heat. Some blooms last longer than others, so you can remove wilted flowers throughout the course of your arrangement. Your flower arrangement should stay fresh for 5-7 days.

Do you do weddings?
We will take on a limited amount of weddings each season! To be totally honest, we prefer to take on smaller scale weddings. Weddings are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
